Die frühzeitige und gleich- zeitige Augmentation zeitgleich mit der Zahnentfernung verkürzt somit die Län- ge des Implantationseingriffes, verein- facht dasWeichgewebemanagement und bietet die Möglichkeit größere sekundäre und anspruchsvolle Augmentationen minimalinvasiv zu umgehen.
